JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced VA with CSR background to join a successful content production team based in Florida, US. You will be working permanently from home, and will be responsible for the following duties:

- Receiving potential customer calls and explaining the service to them;
- Reaching out to clients and vendors to discuss invoices & payments;
- Liaising with vendors who wish to sign up to work with the company;
- Preparing invoices and sending them to customers by email/via CRM;
- Collecting payments and reconciling them with invoices due to be paid;
- Entering data on Zoho system and cleaning client data on the system;
- Creating social media content and visuals for FB, IG, and LI using Canva;
- Preparing customer emails and communications using & editing ChatGPT;
- Preparing professional presentations using Canva and/or PowerPoint:
- Using Excel to prepare reports and sort and manage data (incl. formulas).

To be considered for this role, you must meet the following criteria:

- Available to start immediately, no other commitments
- Experience working night shifts (EST time) 2+ years
- Experience working as a CSR for at least 3 years
- Intermediate/advanced knowledge of Zoho and Excel
- Excellent spoken and written professional English
- Home office: power & internet backup, noise cancellation
- Positive, proactive, resourceful, confident, full of energy
- Excellent attention to detail, reliable, trustworthy

You will be paid weekly, starting after you complete week 3, $225/week for 50 hours/week ($4.50/hour). You will be working EST hours, 8am-6pm EST.
