Responsibilities:

1. Edit raw footage to create high-quality, visually appealing videos for YouTube.
2. Implement creative editing techniques to enhance storytelling and maintain audience engagement.
3. Ensure video content adheres to brand guidelines and maintains a consistent style and tone.
4. Incorporate graphics, music, sound effects, and other elements to enhance the overall production value.
5. Collaborate with content creators to understand their vision and execute edits that align with their goals.
6. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in video editing, YouTube algorithms, and audience preferences.
7. Manage multiple projects simultaneously and adhere to deadlines.
8. Optimize videos for YouTube SEO by adding relevant tags, titles, and descriptions.

Requirements:

1. Proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or DaVinci Resolve.
2. Strong understanding of storytelling, pacing, and visual composition.
