We are seeking a talented and experienced YouTube Thumbnail Designer to join our Thumbnail creation agency and create compelling, click-worthy thumbnails for our agency clients who are looking to grow their YouTube presence. The ideal candidate will have:

-Minimum 1 year of experience creating engaging thumbnails for YouTube
-Strong understanding of visual design principles, including composition, color theory, and typography
-Proficiency in graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop
-Ability to analyze various niches and create thumbnails that resonate with the target audience
-Skill in crafting catchy and effective video titles to complement the thumbnails
-Fluent in written and spoken English
-Collaborative and communicative work style
-Knows how to make "alien" thumbnails that standout in the niche of the client

Responsibilities:

-Design eye-catching and compelling thumbnails for YouTube videos that are consistent with the client's branding and style
-Collaborate with the client to understand video content and target audience
-Analyze different niches and create thumbnails that appeal to the specific audience
-Craft engaging video titles that work in harmony with the thumbnails to increase click-through rates
-Stay updated on design trends and best practices for YouTube thumbnails
- Create alien thumbnails that standout and are not like every other thumbnail in the niche
