Youtube Channel Creator/ Editor / Manager

We are seeking a talented and experienced YouTube Account Manager to join our team. As a Faceless YouTube Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of our YouTube channels. Your primary focus will be on maximizing channel growth, engagement, and revenue generation. Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive channel strategies to increase subscribers, views, and watch time.
Optimize video metadata, thumbnails, titles, and descriptions to improve search visibility and click-through rates.
Monitor channel performance metrics and analytics to identify areas for improvement and growth opportunities.
Collaborate with content creators, editors, and other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality videos.
Implement best practices for audience engagement, community management, and audience retention.
Stay up-to-date with the latest YouTube algorithm changes, trends, and industry developments.
Conduct competitor analysis and market research to identify emerging trends and opportunities.
Manage relationships with third-party vendors, including MCNs, sponsors, and brand partners.
Handle copyright claims, content ID disputes, and other channel-related issues as needed.
Requirements:

Proven experience managing YouTube channels with a focus on growth and engagement.
Deep understanding of YouTube analytics, SEO best practices, and content optimization strategies.
Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
Knowledge of copyright law, fair use principles, and YouTube's community guidelines.
