House of Her is looking for a dynamic Youtube Ads Specialist who will play a vital role in driving the success of our brand through strategic planning, execution, and optimization of YouTube advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Develop comprehensive YouTube advertising strategies aligned with House of Her's marketing objectives
Create and manage end-to-end YouTube ad campaigns, including ad creatives, targeting, and budget allocation
Negotiate and purchase advertising inventory to optimize ad exposure
Ensure ads reach target audiences through high-quality channels at the most cost-effective rates
Collaborate with the creative team to produce creative ideas, engaging and effective video content tailored for YouTube, and innovation strategies
Perform regular tracking and analysis on the performance of each campaign. Prepare and deliver performance reports identifying successes and opportunities for improvement.
Stay abreast of the latest trends, tools, and best practices in YouTube advertising.


Requirements:

Over 2 years of hands-on experience in executing successful Youtube Ads campaigns
Set-up, manage, execute, and analyze YouTube ad campaigns and budgets on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis to keep spend optimized for sales growth while hitting strict ROI goals.
Thorough understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box and come up with unique ad ideas
Strong attention to detail to ensure ads are error-free and in compliance with Youtube policies
Exceptional communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams
Must have own equipment (desktop/laptop)

The starting salary for this job is $500/month. We will start running ads at $100 per day. The salary will increase as the ad budget grows!
