Responsibilities:
1. Video Editing: Create engaging YouTube videos by incorporating sounds, text, infographics, transitions, panning, and footage (using AI software and stock footage).
2. High-Quality Sound: Improve sound quality using software in post production (I will provide the software if you don't have one).
3. Thumbnail Creation: Design compelling thumbnails that attract clicks (AI skills preferred).
Independence: Edit videos and design thumbnails independently, understanding the main points and key elements needed for effective thumbnails.
4. AI Utilization: Use AI software to create images and video clips for video edits (software provided).
5. Video Quality: Improve video quality using editing software in post-production.

Requirements:
1. Proven experience in YouTube video editing and thumbnail creation.
2. Ability to work independently and efficiently, producing 5-7 videos per week and 5-7 thumbnails a week.
3. Strong understanding of YouTube algorithms and trends.
4. Excellent attention to detail and creativity.
5. Commitment to continuous improvement and growth.

Schedule and Compensation:
1. Flexible 8-hour shifts, 5 days per week.
2. Starting pay: $400 per month, with weekly payments of $100 on Friday by 5 pm Hawaii Time (with the opportunity for raises in the future).
3. Performance-based incentives, with revenue-sharing opportunities discussed during a live Zoom call.
4. Weekly ZooUpgrade to see actual infoetings to discuss progress and improvements, with additional support as needed.
