YouTube Video Editor for Road Warrior Investors (RWI)

We are looking for a skilled YouTube Video Editor to bring our mission and impact to life through engaging video content. You will be responsible for editing long-form content (30-60 minutes) into compelling videos (15-30 minutes long), creating engaging shorts (1-3 minutes), and producing ultra-short clips (under 10 seconds) for social media engagement. Your role will involve crafting stories that highlight our core values and the positive changes we bring to people, communities, and future homeowners.

Thumbnails / Covers are needed for each video as well.

**Responsibilities:**

- Edit long-form video content into engaging 15-30 minute videos for our YouTube channel.
- Produce shorts (1-3 minutes) and ultra-short clips (under 10 seconds) for broader social media engagement.
- Seamlessly merge multiple video clips and images to tell cohesive and compelling stories that align with RWI’s mission.
- Highlight key Upgrade to see actual infonts that resonate with our audience, including ethical interactions, community enhancements, and quality home renovations.
- Ensure all videos are optimized for each platform while maintaining RWI's brand standards.
- Collaborate with the content team to ensure a consistent message and aesthetic across all videos.
