YouTube Video Editor

Looking for a video editor to work on my longform Youtube videos part-time or full-time. I have a youtube channel with 6.8k subscribers in the travel and vanlife space and I'm looking for someone to edit my longform videos. I have a few different styles of videos on my channel from talking head educational videos to vlogs of travel adventures. I don't need any super fancy motion graphics but maybe potentially some simple transitions and titles and color grading. The style is going to be more simple and authentic as opposed to the retention editing style thats been popular the past few years with Mr. Beast and Alex Hormozi. I don't care what video editing software you use as long as the final product is good. I have multiple videos per week I want to have edited so speed and quality are more important than being fancy for me. Also for the travel vlog videos an eye for interesting things and storytelling to keep viewer retention will be highly desired.

Responsibilities will include:
- editing longform youtube videos
- going through raw video footage
- find B roll clips when appropriate
- splice, trim, and edit raw footage
- add titles and transitions
- color grading
- working with video files from multiple cameras and making them match each other (Sony camera, iPhone, 360 camera)

Preference will be given to:
- People with experience editing youtube videos
- experience editing vlogs
- experience editing talking head education videos
- knowledge and proficiency with story telling
- proficiency with viewer retention (without crazy animations)
