YouTube Video Editor

Hi,

I’m looking for a Video Editor to work with my YouTube channel on a permanent basis. I need 4-5 new videos every week, each video is 8-12minutes long. So, there is work for 1-2 editors every week, depending on your time availability and how fast you can produce one video.

The initial pay is 20 USD per video. Higher pay once the channel grows.
The pay is weekly, you can be paid in USD via Wise or in PHP to your eCash or bank account. Permanent, stable source of income for you,Upgrade to see actual infovideos per year. More channels in future.

Personality requirements:
• Good communication in English, direct contact via WhatsApp.
• Someone responsive and responsible, who understands commitment.
• Someone available 20 to 40 hours per week or more, you schedule your own work.
• Someone reliable. If we agree 2 videos per week I expect two, if 5 I expect 5.
• Someone available now, who has time and can begin within 24-72 hours. It can be a stable part-time or full-time work for you. There will be more channels in future.

Skills requirements:
• Producing videos of the same quality and editorial skills like in the links above. Eye-leading, attention-grabbing effects.
• Someone who can deliver a video as soon as possible, 8-36 hours for one video.
• Someone who can choose the right pictures, pictures which grab attention by expressing emotions like fear, shock, anger, sadness, surprise, tension, suspense, craziness, excitement, rather than just a random or unrelated pictures.
• Someone who can edit clips and video-footage from other sources – i.e News TV, Podcasts, Speeches, phone uploads – who can edit them in a way, that mitigates copyrights and plagiarism.. i.e zooming, changing video size, rotating, blurring it, adding overly filter (sparks, flames, old movie filter, B&W, brown-old photo filter, showing them like watching them in another tv or camera viewer or watching on a mobile/notepad, use a voice from a video but the view would be a radio and a wave rather than the original footage, adding text, graphs, clippings of reviews and comments on top of the video. Adding a credit to the author on the video.
• You will be working with Stock footage (Story Blocks or Envato Elements) but the video footage cannot be back to back stock-footage.
• Preferred background music is the free music and sounds from the YouTube Studio Media Library but I’m considering using music from Story Blocks or Envato Elements – Which of these do you have experience with?
• Someone who can do quick changes to a video within hours and re-upload rather than within days.
• Someone who can use various tools like presentations, infographics, stock footage, visually leading effects – like in the channels listed above.
