YouTube Thumbnail Editor For Nurses to Riches YT Channel - Experienced only!

My name is Jason. I have a YouTube channel Upgrade to see actual info and have been editing my thumbnails since I started the channel. I am increasing the number of uploads I publish per week and am in need of assistance. I would like to hire a thumbnail editor who understands what a good-looking thumbnail is, which results in a high click-through rate and ties up well with the title of a video. Here are the requirements:

1. You must understand what a raw file is because that's the type of file I will be sending you so you can remove me from the background and place me in the thumbnails.
2. You must be able to produce a final version of the thumbnail in as little as 24 hours.
3. The pay will start at $50 per thumbnail but will increase over time, and you may earn higher commissions if the click-through rate of the video is high and shows promising results.
4. You must use Photoshop because that is what I use, and I may need to revise or make corrections to your work before I approve.
5. You will be asked to produce at least 2 thumbnails per week.
