And I'm thinking of starting a shorts channel where I would repurpose and repost some of the clips on my main channel as shorts.

I need someone with experience and knowledge about YouTube shorts and the algoritm, with video editing skills who can find the right clips and edit them properly for YouTube Shorts.

In order to optimize for growth, you will be paid a set rate of $10 USD per short + a percentage of 30% the channel's revenue each month until the channel's revenue hits $1,000 USD per month. Once this happens, the set rate of $10 USD per short goes away, and from this point forward you are solely compensated with 30% of whatever the channel makes. This means if you can grow the channel to making $10,000 USD per month, then you will be making $3,000 USD per month net profit.

This ensures that both of our incentives are aligned to grow the channel and that you are compensated proportionally to your work.

I also run a multitude of other channels, so if this is successful then we will apply this formula to my other channels as well.
