Position Needed/Job Role: Content Writer or Graphics Designer
Type of Job: article/content writing, graphics design, visual content creation

Work Hours and Schedule: Mon-Fri, 9AM-6PM CST (permanent WFH setup)
Starting Rate/Salary Range: Up to Php55,000 per month based on experience

Minimum Qualifications:
- At least a high school diploma, not currently studying
- Full-time availability with no conflicting commitments
- At least 1 year of proven content-writing or graphic design experience
- Ability to adapt writing styles that fit the company's needs (Content Writer)
- Luxury brand experience is a plus, but not required (Graphics Designer)
- Experience in real estate is a plus, but not required
