Rate: $6-$7/hr, and earn up to 71,000 PHP +/month while working from home.


Schedule:
Monday Friday: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM PST with a 30-minute paid lunch break, unpaid breaks


Qualifications:
- Salesforce Experience: 3+ years of hands-on experience as a Salesforce Administrator, with proven expertise in configuration, customization, and user support.
- HubSpot Experience: 2+ years experience configuring and administering the backend of HubSpot as well as workflows and integrations.
- Certifications: Salesforce Certified Administrator credential is highly preferred. Additional relevant certifications are a plus.
- Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to analyze business requirements, translate them into technical solutions, and troubleshoot complex system issues.
- Communication and Collaboration: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively interact with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Project Management: Proven ability to manage small projects within timelines and budgets.


Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day Administration: Manage user accounts, profiles, roles, security settings, and permissions to ensure appropriate data access and integrity.
- Customization and Development: Configure and build custom fields, flows, validation rules, reports, automation, and dashboards to align the platforms with evolving business needs.
- User Support and Training: Provide timely support to users, troubleshoot issues, address questions, and conduct training sessions to enhance user adoption and proficiency.
- Data Management: Ensure data quality and integrity through data imports, exports, cleansing, and de-duplication processes.
- System Integrations: Collaborate with developers and IT teams to integrate Salesforce and HubSpot with other critical business systems (e.g., enrichment tools, and accounting software).
- Documentation and Best Practices: Maintain thorough documentation of system configurations, customizations, and processes. Champion Salesforce and business systems best practices within the organization.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay updated on Salesforce releases, identify opportunities for improvement, and propose enhancements to drive greater platform adoption and ROI.
