Wordpress Website Repairs and Improvements

I have a client with a Wordpress website. He would like to keep it functioning for another 2-3 years, but it has some areas that need fixing and improvements.:

1. Add new product listings. 5 new product listings with 7 color variations of each item
2. Add additional photos to existing product listings
3. Change some descriptions
4. Sales tax exemption got turned off. Need to turn it on for Wholesale B2B transactions
5. Fix shipping costs or use a plug-in with accurate shipping costs
6. Coupon feature
7. Extra tabs for Home Page
8. New Arrivals page
9. Connection to the site is not fully secure. Warning page pops up. A complete audit would be nice to see if you can see any other areas that need improvement like cyber security.
10. Add new product description to all the existing items and change the appearance of each product page. (I will send you some examples)
11. Add a table on each product page for customers who want to see trade pricing and give them option on the tab to either sign in or sign up for a trade account.
12. Feature to send news letters
13. For NEW ARRIVALS and CLOSEOUTS on home page, can we add a square frame where we can show revolving images of the new arriving items and closeout items?
14. DUpgrade to see actual info how to show URNS in a way that it gets more attention etc.
