Woocommerce except to multi level commission and product system

We are looking for someone to help choose the required plugins for a site that is already created. The plugins need to have products with different prices on each product, with different membership tiers. We need someone to add to our team for a few weeks to complete this project. We probably need a combination of a multi level sales plugin and a multi level product pricing plugin. Not sure yet.

We are developing a Wordpress site with Woocommerce.

This site will have an advanced membership system. Members will receive commissions on the purchases of members they have signed up.

There is also a tiered commission set for members. Members will start at Tier A and after accumulated commissions reach "X" they will automatically roll into Tier B, etc. When they reach a new tier an email or notification of some kind needs to be sent to the member and staff.
Their commissions need to be able to be used at check out towards their purchases, also commisions need to be able to be cashed out into a linked bank account.

The commission system only works on the people immediately below you. Person A can receive a commission on purchases by person B. Person B receives commissions on purchases by person C, but person A receives no commissions on person C purchases.

The customers need to be able to see their member ID, purchase history, membership payment history or a monthly statement of some kind, commissions received, what commission tier they are on currently, what products they have on automatic monthly shipping, who is immediately under them as members and whether those members are active or inactive currently. Members need the ability to reactivate, pause or cancel their membership, and an email will generate to the member and admin. This should all be available on their dashboard along with standards like saved payments, address, phone number and email address. Members should also have a section where they can print their commision and purchase reports as well as their tax forms.

Members will get a discount on products. Non members may purchase products at a "regular" price and check out as a guest.
Some products will be automatically charged and sent to current paid members every month, automatically.

Shipping needs to connect to ShipStation software. Payment options at checkout need to be Credit Card, BitPay, Bank Wire (needs an auto email when using this option with the wire instructions at checkout), Paper Check/eCheck (check verified at checkout), and Commissions balance.
There will be sales and specials applied occasionally. There needs to be a way to generate a coupon code and a space at check out to enter it.

Pricing works by taking a live market price or Spot Price, adding the Retail percentage, the Membership percentage.

The site needs a product page that when you load an item into the store, it let's you customize each items retail price, discount if you're a member and multiple levels of commission amounts as well as admin activating that item as an "Add to Monthly AutoShip". So when admins add an item it will have the ability to customize:
-Item Description Sections
-Pictures
-Live Market Price or 'Spot Price' (ie. Gold is selling for "$1234.56" Currently)
-Price A for Non Members (Regular Price) ___?ove Spot
-Price B for Members (Membership Discount) ____?ove Spot
-Commission Level X earns $____ on this item
-Commission Level Y earns $____ on this item
-Commission Level Z earns $____ on this item
....etc (Preferably 7 commission levels but atleast a minimum of 5)
-Ability for Admin to activate item as 'Available for Automatic Monthly Shipping' where customer may check a box to add it (with pop up fail safe, asking are you sure you wish to add this item to your monthly billing statement) Not all items will be able to be monthly ship items, like a collector item limited edition needs to not have the option, but regularly in stock items can be activated for auto ship.

Admins need to be able to go into people's accounts and add or subtract commissions, say if someone returns something, then obviously the person that received the commission doesn't get to keep it. Or if the person has not paid their membership they don't keep receiving commissions. Admins need to be able to activate, pause or cancel a membership.
Admins need to be able to approve all sign ups. No members should be able to just add someone under them without admin approval.

Admins need to be able to pull reports of all active and inactive memberships, all item purchases and payment types or coupon codes used, all commissions and which members received which commissions, and any necessary tax forms.

Most of this system is complete with paid plugins from Upgrade to see actual info and others. There is further customization needed as well.
We are looking to add one more person to this team as it needs to be completed in the next couple of weeks and tested. There are two people
currently on this project. We need someone with extensive knowledge of membership systems, WP programming (php), Woocommerce, shipping,
commissions and affiliates. Along with the rest of the team we estimate between 40 and 60 hours.
