JOB OVERVIEW

As a Wireless Carrier Support Liaison, you will play a vital role in bridging communication between our company and wireless support teams. Your primary responsibility will be to contact carrier support representatives via phone, chat, and messaging to convey various tasks and issues on behalf of our company. This role requires excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep understanding of carrier rate plans, products, and services.

Key Responsibilities:

Communication Bridge: Serve as the main point of contact between our company and wireless carrier support teams, facilitating effective communication and issue resolution.
Task Relay: Transmit various tasks, inquiries, and escalations to support representatives accurately and promptly.
Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all interactions, including task assignments, resolutions, and follow-up actions, ensuring accurate documentation for future reference.
Accountability: Verify task execution and maintain complete accountability over various tasks assigned to you.
Product Knowledge: Stay informed about the latest wireless rate plans, products, services, policies, and procedures to provide accurate information and support to both customers and internal teams.
Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to our internal teams regarding recurring issues, customer concerns, and improvement opportunities based on interactions with support.

Requirements:
Previous experience working in a Verizon Wireless Call Center or similar customer support role is essential.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex issues clearly and concisely.
Proficiency in using phone, chat, and messaging communication channels.
Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to issue resolution.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Flexibility to adapt to evolving processes and procedures.
