Position: White Glove/VIP Customer Experience Specialist
Responsibilities: We are currently looking for a highly skilled and professional to join our
team. The ideal candidate will bring to the table a minimum of 2-3 years of hands-on
experience in Customer Service, Sales, Email Management, Calls, and Lead Generation.
Moreover, they should have a good understanding of Amazon ratings and reviews, either
through direct experience or familiarity with the platform.

Key Duties:
- Plan & develop direct customer engagement to drive customer happiness and leverage social proof.
- Assist in maintaining high ratings and positive feedback on Amazon through
exemplary service and customer interactions.
- Keep a close eye on product ratings, and reviews on Amazon. Identify areas for
improvement and implement strategies to enhance ratings and overall customer
satisfaction.
- Provide exceptional customer service to buyers, handling inquiries, and concerns,
and providing timely resolutions, especially for VIPs and rush orders.
- Efficiently manage email correspondence and calls to ensure prompt responses and
excellent communication with customers.

Requirements:
- At least 2-3 years of proven experience in Customer Service, Sales, Email
Management, Calls, and Lead Generation.
- Has experience and/or familiarity with Amazon ratings and reviews.
- Has experience with Trustpilot reviews, Google Reviews, BBB Disputes, Thingtesting...etc
- Has experience with Reddit, Facebook and other social media platforms.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Self-motivated, self-driven, and able to work independently.
- Internet speed should be 100Mbps or greater download, 50Mbps or greater upload.
- Able to work on Pacific Standard Time (PST).
