Well Rounded Operations VA for Marketing Agency (Shopify/FB)

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Hi! I run a digital marketing agency out of Canada, and I'm looking for a well-rounded operations virtual assistant to join our fast growing team!

Tasks:
- Creating training materials (screen recording or written)
- Hire and train new VAs
- Build reliable systems
- Monitoring and reporting of stats and metrics
- Communicating with clients or VAs
- Tasks on Gsheets, Shopify, Facebook/google ads, etc.
- Social media assistance (account setup, posting/scheduling, research)
- Basic photo/video editing (Canva/Capcut), drag-and-drop website builders etc.

Requirements:
- Fluent in English
- Experience in operations (bonus if marketing related)
- Responds to messages quickly
- Is highly organized
- Learns things on your own quickly (you don't need help with things you can Google)
- Takes responsibility to complete things you commit to

You don't need to have previous experience with everything listed above, as long as you're able to figure them out easily.

This job starts off as $5/hr, with the possibility to transition to a full-time contract with long term career advancement opportunities. Also includes 13th month bonus!
