We have two shifts/ positions available

Shift 1: Saturdays and Sundays 7am Pacific to 3pm Pacific
Shift 2: Saturdays and Sundays 3pm Pacific to Midnight Pacific

Skills required: Strong phone and email customer service

We have a team already for M-F but we're looking for help on Saturdays and Sundays since our business (in hospitality) never sleeps :)

McCracken Property Management is a property management firm dedicated to providing exceptional services to our clients. We specialize in managing residential and commercial properties, ensuring high standards of maintenance, tenant satisfaction, and profitability. We’ve exclusively focused on Short Term Rentals (Airbnb) but are launching our long term rental division next month.

Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and experienced Property Management Assistant to join our team part time for weekend support. The ideal candidate will be based in the Philippines and will work one of the 2 part time hourly shifts mentioned above. We need someone that we can count on year round.

Responsibilities:

-Assist in managing a portfolio of residential and short-term rental properties, including Airbnb listings.
-Handle guest inquiries, bookings, and check-ins/check-outs for short-term rental properties via phone and written communication.
-Coordinate cleaning and maintenance services between guest stays.
-Monitor guest reviews and feedback, addressing any issues or concerns promptly.
-Optimize short-term rental listings for maximum visibility and occupancy rates.
-Conduct regular inspections of short-term rental properties to ensure compliance with quality standards and guest expectations.
-Assist in pricing strategies and revenue management for short-term rental properties.
-Collaborate with third-party platforms and vendors to enhance the guest experience and property performance.
-Stay informed about industry trends and regulations related to short-term rentals.
-Maintain accurate records of short-term rental bookings, expenses, and revenue.
-Coordinate with the property owner or landlord to ensure alignment with their goals and preferences regarding short-term rental management.
-Work closely with the property management team to integrate short-term rental operations seamlessly into overall property management activities.
-These additional responsibilities will require the candidate to have a strong understanding of the short-term rental market, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide exceptional customer service to both guests and property owners.


Requirements:
-Excellent communication and customer service skills.
-Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
-Proficiency in Google suite
-Experience with Property Management Software preferred but not required
-Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
-Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality.
-Willingness to work during graveyard shift hours to accommodate Pacific Time business hours.
-Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Property management / Airbnb experience preferred but not required
