Websites Designer and Administrator

Good afternoon.
We are looking to hire a Designer and Web Administrator for our corporate and business websites.
We have current websites that need to be revamped, and also new websites that need to be built for several of our business units. We would be primarily looking to do Wordpress sites for these websites.
We would like to hire someone who fulfils the following criteria:
- A creative person who can create professional and intriguing websites that can impress and attract our clients.
- To be able to design proper and professional looking websites is VERY IMPORTANT! Preferably please show your past portfolios of websites that you have created yourself.
- Competent and experienced in handling Wordpress.
- Must be able to do intermediate to advanced level of website creation with Wordpress software.
- Must be competent to generate website contents and have good command of English to create simple and powerful messages, WITHOUT RELYING on ChatGPT all the time.
- To have good competency in photo or short video editing to enhance website would be a big advantage.
- To be competent in finding and generating photos or videos or getting stock photos and videos.
- To be competent in enhancing site visibility with SEO and keywords.
- To be well-versed in securing the websites from cyber attacks and threats.
- Must be a team player, and be very responsible and accountable.
- Must be keen to learn new things, and be an independent and eager learner.
- Must be able to work independently and reliably.
- A trustworthy and matured individual who can be relied upon.

We are looking for someone whom we can work with on a long term.
We will be using TimeDoctor software for time management.
We will be using Upgrade to see actual info for further interviews and correspondence.

There will be a probation for 3 months to confirm if candidate is a best fit.
Hours are stated as such for now. If good fit and work can be productive, we will be looking to extend the working hours.
