JOB OVERVIEW

We are looking for an experienced technical support agent who can help us scale our website & digital infrastructure support company. We provide both WordPress website management, and support with specific online software and tools. The majority of these clients and sites are coaches, consultants, and nonprofits including churches. You will be directly responsible to configuring, integrating, troubshooting, and automating several different online tools and software. You will be responsible for the following: - Using Zapier and Make to integrate and automate different tools together - Setting up and configuring online software like Kajabi, Zapier, Converkit, etc - Integrating various software into a WordPress website using plugins and widgets - Troubleshooting and fixing issues that arise from different online tools - Learning and working with new online software and tools - Communicating any issues with myself or another teaUpgrade to see actual infomber when they arise - Track your work and provide daily check-ins on what you have done for the day You will need real-world experience with the following: - Strong experience using Zapier, also other automation tools like Make, SureTriggers, and Uncanny automator to build automations and integrate different tools together - Setting up, configuring, and integrating email marketing software including ConvertKit, ActiveCampaign, and Mailchimp - Setting up and configuring online course software including Kajabi, Kartra, Thinkific, Teachable - Setting up and configuring e-commerce tools such as WooCommerce, SureCart, SamCart, and ThriveCart - Community software including Circle and Mighty Networks - Website platforms including WordPress Additionally, you will need to have the following skills - Good troubleshooting and problem-solving skills - Good critical thinking skills and the ability to come to solutions independently - Great communication skills, both verbal and written (English) - Proactive - I do not like having to chase people for updates - High standard of excellence - our customers deserve for work to be done right the first time This role requires someone who is very technically inclined and has a strong working knowledge of different online tools an software used by coaches, consultants, and nonprofits. This is NOT a beginner role, or a role if you are just starting out. This position is for a single person, not a company. You cannot subcontract this to someone else. If you do and I find out, you will be terminated immediately and added to a blacklist for other agency owners. This position is full-time, which means 40 hours a week. If we find you are not producing 30+ hours a week, we will move you to part-time, or find someone else. We are based in NC, USA on EST. This means you will need to be available during the EST mornings for communication and reporting. While you do not have to work completely during EST times, we would prefer someone who can work until early afternoon EST to address issues quickly if and when they arise.
