Website Creation + SEO

I'm looking for someone who can help me build out a website on Hostinger and is also an expert on SEO. I have multiple sites that I will need help with.

I may need more hours at the beginning of the project with less hours towards the end of the month so am looking for someone who can be flexible in that regard.
