Website Conversion Copywriter

If you are a talented copywriter specializing in writing persuasive copywriting for websites, landing pages, and marketing funnels, and you're looking for a secure full-time position, look no further!

You'll get to work from the comfort of your own home, writing conversion-focused copywriting for our client's websites.

We are Upgrade to see actual info, and we create websites for clients in various industries to get them the best results possible so they can help solve problems for their clients.

By joining our team, we offer you the opportunity to:
- Write compelling copy for our client's websites.
- Use your existing copywriting frameworks, plus SPIN Selling, Building a StoryBrand, and utilizing Robert Cialdini's book 'Influence' to use psychological drivers to help persuade website visitors to take action.
- Work alongside a helpful team of Filipino team, led by an Australian lead team who are supportive, and will help you succeed. =)
- Have a steady income that you can rely on, that's paid weekly in PHP directly into your bank account via Wise.

Here's what we're looking for in a Website Conversion Copywriter:
- Have a proven track record in writing conversion-focused website copywriting.
- Have the ability to write clear, concise, and compelling copy with techniques to get attention, and appeal to targeted audiences.
- Understand the psychology of target audiences, and how to persuade them to take action and convert. (Opt-in, buy, book a call, etc)
- Utilize AI tools like ChatGPT to assist you with crafting compelling copy, however you understand how to cut out the fluff that it tends to generate.
- Collaborate and be open to constructive feedback from our managers and designers.
- Be able to manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously for a variety of clients.

You will need to:
- Be self-motivated & reliable.
- Work at a reasonably fast pace.
- Have fast & reliable computer & internet connection.
- Work full-time on weekdays only and within standard business hours.
- Commit to a full-time position and aim to work with us for at least two years.
- Be ethical, be a team player, and be a good communicator.
- Be available for Zoom calls with our management team.
- Have occasional Zoom calls with our clients when needed.
- Have excellent English language, and writing skills.
