JOB OVERVIEW

We are a software company that holds webinars for our users once every other week (2-3 total webinars per month). We are seeking a video editor to join our team on a freelance basis.

Each webinar is 60-90 minutes consisting of: Introduction; Recent Software Updates; Weekly Presentation Topic; Interactive Q&A Session. We will provide you with the recorded video file (includes 1 video source and 1 audio source) and have many previously edited webinars to be used as reference for what is required. The necessary edits are simple and consist of the following...

Responsibilities:
- Equalize audio levels in the webinar recording.
- Remove silent parts to enhance the overall flow of the webinar.
- Edit out excessive "ums" and "uhs" to improve clarity and conciseness.
- Blur/block any email addresses that may be displayed in the screen recording to maintain privacy.
- Insert a "Like & Subscribe" call-to-action in the video every 15 minutes (we will provide this asset).
- Export the full webinar video.
- Export the Weekly Presentation segment as its own additional video.
- Provide timestamps for each major section/sub-section/Q&A in the webinar to facilitate easy navigation for viewers.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in English.
- Proven experience in video editing, particularly with webinar or similar content.
- Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain consistency in editing style.
- Proficiency with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
- Ability to communicate effectively and collaborate with a manager remotely.

Benefits:
- Flexible working hours.
- Pay is negotiable based on experience and skill level.

If you are passionate about video editing and have the skills to enhance our webinar content, we want to hear from you! Please submit your resume, portfolio (if available), and explain your relevant experience and why you would be a great fit for this role.

*Note: This is a freelance position with the potential for ongoing collaboration.
