Webflow developer (Work from home)

You'll get to work from the comfort of your own home, building cutting-edge Webflow websites for our client's websites.

We are Upgrade to see actual info, and we create websites for clients in various industries to get them the best results possible so they can help solve problems for their clients.

Here's what we're looking for in a Webflow developer:
- You have experience building mobile responsive Webflow websites from Figma.
- You are able to build pixel-perfect websites based on the design files.
- You can check if images are optimized properly utilizing .svg & WebP.
- You can check if the fonts are set up properly and preloaded.
- You are familiar with caching and speed optimization, including setting up robots.txt and sitemap.xml, and can ensure that all images lazy-load.
- Have a solid understanding of how to add CSS coding when needed.
- You are able to research solutions for coding challenges for yourself if needed.
- You have experience copying content from a WordPress blog to Webflow.
- You can connect the website to the client’s email marketing platform, payment gateway, etc. if needed.
- You can install Google Tag Manager, Google & Facebook Upgrade to see actual info pixels, etc.
- You are familiar with basic SEO setups like H1, title tags, backlinks, redirects, etc.
- You are familiar with domain registrars pointing DNS records correctly to avoid email problems.
- You have a good understanding of Google page insights, CWV, and how to follow their recommendations, especially on mobile.

You will need to:
- Be self-motivated & reliable.
- Work at a reasonably fast pace.
- Have fast & reliable computer & internet connection.
- Work full-time on weekdays only and within standard business hours.
- Commit to a full-time position and aim to work with us for at least two years.
- Be ethical, be a team player, and be a good communicator.
- Be available for Zoom calls with the other developers on our team.
- Have occasional Zoom calls with our clients when needed.
- Have good English speaking & writing skills.
