JOB OVERVIEW

Job Description and Responsibilities:

We are looking for an English Speaking Technical Support L2 who is proficient in administering Linux & Windows operating systems, and is willing to develop his career in the technical field.

Requirements:

Experience in troubleshooting of the Linux and the Windows Problems view in an Enterprise environment;
At least one year of experience with Linux operating systems including RedHat and CentOS distributions
Networking understanding: TCP\IP, DNS, Routing;
Proficient/Fluent in English
Being familiar with Domain Registration, Hosting Services, and Mail operations;
Solid troubleshooting skills
Being familiar with content management systems (such as WordPress);
Network and server performance monitoring and analysis.
Would be an advantage:

Experience with WHM / cPanel, Plesk;
Experience in one or more programming languages ????relevant to scripting, automation, and general tooling: Python, Bash, PowerShell, PHP, Go;
Having customer support experience or technical support experience.
Responsibilities:

Provisioning technical support to customers around the world, including:

Anticipate, mitigate, identify, troubleshoot, and solve software problems on systems;
Administration and support for monitoring, configuration, and logging services (Nagios, InfluxDB, Grafana, Graylog, Prometheus);
Support other internal departments;
Responding to customers via Email / Ticket System;
Providing Support to customers via Live Chat in tough technical cases;
Installation and configuration of the software per customer's requests or internal needs;
Keeping the Department documentation up to date.
