Web/ Graphic Designer

We're looking for a web designer to assist with UI/UX, banner design, and social media advertisement designs. We're getting ready to launch a drop shipping eCommerce site and would love some help. We're hoping for a designer with at least 4 years experience and the ability to work independently and hope they can try to understand our missions and join it.
