Web Development QA Lead

What you'll need to do…

- Develop and implement a comprehensive QA process for website development projects, considering industry best practices and standards.
- Define quality metrics, standards, and guidelines to evaluate website performance, functionality, usability, and overall user experience.
- Establish testing methodologies, tools, and frameworks to ensure efficient and effective QA processes.
- Collaborate with project managers, developers, designers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements and define test plans and strategies.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to website development, QA processes, and user experience.
- Prepare and present comprehensive QA reports, including test results, defect tracking, and overall quality assessment


What you have...

- Proven experience as a Dev QA or a similar role, specifically in website development or web application projects.
- In-depth knowledge of website development processes, technologies, and best practices.
- Strong knowledge of design principles and industry standards
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to provide constructive feedback and coaching to developers
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work under pressure
- Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and Sketch
- Leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to motivate and guide teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
