Web Developer

Position Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Web Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and maintaining our company's websites, ensuring they are user-friendly, visually appealing, and optimized for performance. The Web Developer will collaborate closely with our design and marketing teams to implement new features, improve existing functionality, and enhance the overall user experience. This position requires a strong understanding of web development best practices, reliability in meeting deadlines, fluency in GemPages, Wordpress and experience with Shopify. Applicant will need to be available 9am to 5pm EST Monday - Friday.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain company websites using NextJS, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies.
Collaborate with design and marketing teams to implement website updates, new features, and enhancements.
Optimize websites for performance, speed, and SEO best practices.
Troubleshoot and resolve website issues and bugs in a timely manner.
Ensure cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness across different devices.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in web development.
Utilize GemPages to create and customize landing pages, product pages, and other website elements.
Integrate third-party applications and plugins to enhance website functionality.
Conduct testing and quality assurance to ensure websites meet established standards.
Provide technical support and training to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Web Developer, with a strong portfolio of past projects.
Proficiency in NextJS, React, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
Experience with GemPages, Wordpress and Shopify, including theme customization, app integration, and e-commerce functionality.
Strong understanding of SEO principles and best practices.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from concept to completion.
Reliability in meeting project deadlines and delivering high-quality work consistently.
