Web Designer/Developer with SEO Experience

Position Summary:

You, as the Web Designer/Developer will deploying content across client websites, making sure we have an optimal blend of aesthetic appeal, user engagement, and search engine compatibility. This role requires creativity, technical proficiency, and an analytical approach to improve website performance.

Responsibilities:

Create and refine user-centric, visually engaging web pages, blogs, and websites.
Embed web content in adherence to SEO methodologies.
Conduct website performance evaluations and spearhead optimizations to enhance load times.
Implement foundational Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) tactics within design and site structure.
Guarantee cross-browser and cross-device website functionality.
Collaborate closely with content creators and SEO strategists to align design efforts with optimization goals.
Remain knowledgeable of web design trends, SEO advancements, and industry benchmarks.

Requirements:

Demonstrable experience in web design and development, supported by a robust portfolio.
Proficient understanding of SEO principles and their application within web design.
Skilled in web development languages (e.g., HTML, CSS, JavaScript), WordPress, Shopify, and Hubspot.
Familiarity with website speed optimization tools, including experience with Screaming Frog SEO Spider for site audits.
Basic knowledge of Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) strategies.
Strong command of English, capable of following complex instructions and collaborating within a multicultural team environment.
Excellent problem-solving capabilities, attention to detail, and an ability to juggle multiple projects concurrently.
Ability to create aesthetically pleasing custom images in Canva per client brand guidelines
