Web Designer for Site Built with Duda

We are actively seeking a dedicated and skilled full-time website designer and developer to join our team. As a pivotal member, you will play a key role in swiftly mastering and implementing our website design processes specifically tailored for the Duda platform. Your success will be measured by your ability to craft visually appealing and functionally robust websites that align with our clients' unique needs.

The ideal fit for this role is someone that is experienced with The Duda Website platform, website design principles, layout design and able to understand our clients business.

Prerequisites:
Experience with the Duda website builder platform
Strong understanding of responsive design
Proven experience as a website designer/developer, with a focus on Duda
Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
Experience with Figma for design
Proficiency in web design, with a keen eye for aesthetics and user experience
Ability to migrate existing websites to Duda
Ability to build websites in Duda from scratch
Implementation of dynamic content and dynamic collections into website design
Integration of APIs as required
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Collaboration with the team to understand client needs and translate them into functional web design
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Strong attention to detail with a capacity for problem-solving
Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs
Optimization of applications for maximum speed and scalability
Maintenance and updating of websites as needed
Monitoring website performance using tools such as Google Analytics and Google Search Console
Experience with SEO best practices and knowledge on how to implement them
Well-rounded English grammar knowledge

What You May be doing:
- Design and maintain websites using Duda platform
- Collaborate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure website functionality and design meet client needs
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to website development and maintenance
- Optimize website performance and ensure compatibility across different devices and browsers
- Implement SEO best practices to improve website visibility and search engine rankings
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in web development technologies
- Document website development processes and procedures for future reference and training purposes

Please note:
- Note: **This is a full-time position (40 hours per week)**
- Base Pay: Starting at $8 per hour USD. Base pay potential to grow as experience grows.
- Must have web cam access meetings with team
- Must have strong internet connection (will be tested)
- You must be available to work during our current work hours 9:00 AM ET - 5:00 PM ET.
