Web Designer (Graphic Design)

We are looking for a detail-oriented and organized individual with a versatile skill set to fulfill the role of Administrative Assistant. This position will involve a variety of tasks ranging from administrative support to digital marketing activities. The ideal candidate will possess excellent organizational skills, proficiency in web design, experience with Google and social media ad accounts, and a strong aptitude for technology.

Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
Provide administrative support to the team including scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and organizing appointments.
Sending and receiving media uploads: photo deliveries, video deliveries
Assist with document preparation, data entry, and maintaining records.

Web Design:
Utilize web design skills to maintain and update company website.
Create visually appealing and user-friendly web pages and content.

Digital Marketing:
Manage Google AdWords and social media ad accounts to optimize campaigns and drive traffic.
Monitor and analyze digital marketing metrics to track performance and identify areas for improvement.
Technical Support:
Provide technical support to teaUpgrade to see actual infombers for software, hardware, and other IT-related issues.
Troubleshoot technical problems and implement solutions to ensure smooth operation of office technology.
Graphic Design (Major Plus):
Use graphic design software to create engaging visuals for marketing materials, presentations, and other company assets.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative content that aligns with branding guidelines.

Qualifications:
Proven experience in office administration or a related field.
Strong organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
Experience managing Google AdWords and social media advertising campaigns.
Tech-savvy with a demonstrated ability to troubleshoot technical issues.
Graphic design experience is a major plus.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
