We are seeking a talented Web Designer to join our team and assist in managing websites for Catholic churches across the world. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for crafting visually stunning and user-friendly interfaces while ensuring optimal performance and functionality across various devices and browsers. The ideal candidate will possess an understanding of Catholicism along with extensive experience in web design technologies and tools.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop visually appealing and intuitive user interfaces for Catholic church websites.
- Implement responsive design principles to ensure seamless user experiences across desktop, tablet, and mobile devices.
- Collaborate with the development team to integrate design mockups into the existing content management systems.
- Ensure cross-browser compatibility and optimize website performance for fast loading speeds.
- Regularly communicate with the team and participate in scheduled check-ins at 8 AM or 9 PM Mountain Standard Time.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in web design to continually improve the quality of our services.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in web design with a strong proficiency in CSS, Bootstrap, HTML, and Photoshop.
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote team environment.
- Attention to detail and a passion for delivering high-quality design work.
- Understanding of Catholicism and familiarity with Catholic church practices and terminology is highly preferred.
