Job Title: Web Designer

Job Description:
As a Web Designer with expertise in GoHighLevel, Make, and Zapier, you will play a pivotal role in creating visually stunning websites and sales/marketing funnels while seamlessly integrating automation solutions and APIs to enhance backend functionality. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will transform client requirements into engaging digital experiences that drive results.

Key Responsibilities:
- Designing Website Layouts: Develop website layouts, incorporating principles of design such as balance, contrast, and alignment to create visually appealing interfaces.
- Creating Visual Assets: Design graphics, icons, and other visual elements necessary for website construction, ensuring consistency with branding guidelines and optimizing for web delivery.
- User Experience (UX) Design: Focus on creating intuitive navigation and user-friendly interactions to enhance the overall user experience. Conduct user research and testing to gather insights and refine design choices.
- Responsive Design: Ensure websites are responsive across various devices and screen sizes, utilizing techniques such as fluid grids and media queries to adapt content seamlessly.
- User Interface (UI) Design: Implement intuitive and user-friendly interfaces, focusing on optimal user experience and conversion optimization.
- Backend Automation: Develop automated processes and workflows to streamline backend operations, improve efficiency, and enhance productivity.
- Integration Management: Work with GoHighLevel, Make, and Zapier to integrate third-party services, tools, and APIs, ensuring seamless connectivity and data synchronization.
- API Integration: Collaborate with developers to integrate custom APIs, enabling advanced functionality and data exchange between different systems and platforms.
- Content Management: Manage and update website content using GoHighLevel, ensuring accuracy and relevance while adhering to client specifications and project timelines.
- Client Interaction: Engage with clients to understand their business objectives, gather requirements, and present design concepts, providing guidance on technical feasibility and best practices.
- Testing and Optimization: Conduct thorough testing and optimization of websites and funnels to ensure performance, functionality, and compatibility across various devices and browsers.

Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in GoHighLevel, with hands-on experience in designing websites and sales/marketing funnels on the platform.
- Familiarity with Make and Zapier for backend automation and integration management.
- Strong understanding of web design principles, UI/UX best practices, and conversion optimization techniques.
- Experience working with APIs and integrating third-party services into web applications.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with the ability to troubleshoot issues and implement effective solutions.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional teams and clients.
- Time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment, adhering to project deadlines and client expectations.

Work Schedule:
- Part-time position (20 hours per week).
- Work hours: EST business hours (9 AM to 6 PM), with flexibility within this timeframe.
