Website/Graphic Designer
(1 full-time, remote position available)

You are a highly creative, motivated and reliable team player who has experience and proficiency in generating jaw dropping and highly converting graphic design. You have strong attention to detail, creative thinking and are committed to personal growth through learning & implementing new skills and technologies.

We are Singapore’s fastest growing performance marketing agency specialise in helping speakers, coaches and service based businesses build and scale million dollar offers through paid ads and sales training.

We are seeking a Graphic Designer to generate jaw dropping and high converting graphics for our landing pages, static ad creatives, webinar/training slides, membership sites and posters… And join our highly motivated team of account manager, media buyer, web designer/tech specialist and copywriter to further our growth.

You must:
Design high converting graphics by employing principles of visual hierarchy, colour psychology, and typography to create clear and compelling calls-to-action
Implement A/B testing for various graphic elements to determine which designs yield the best conversion rates
Employ high converting designs for webinar and training slides to enhance credibility of speaker and learning of students
Design eye-catching, persuasive and high converting ad creatives
Work closely with copywriters to integrate textual and visual content seamlessly for maximum conversion
Understand and implement the best UX practices for different types of graphic types
Leverage analytics tools to gain insights into how users interact landing page and modify designs for maximum performance
Document practices into standard operating procedures
Multitask and work toward several milestones on various projects simultaneously
Work effectively with our team of media buyers, copywriters and video editors to ensure seamless integration of GoHighLevel with our existing processes
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices related to digital marketing and graphic design


Requirements:
Proven experience generating jaw dropping and attention grabbing graphics
No coding experience is required
Want to work with a highly motivated team & value personal growth
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Highly creative, attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work
Proficiency in basic design tools such as Canva, photoshop
Experience in the marketing industry
