Web Designer

I am looking for a seasoned Web Designer to excel in creating wireframes, concepts, and digital assets using Figma and Adobe Suite for various platforms like websites and social media. Additionally, manage website content and design, including optimizing structure and navigation based on creative direction.

Salary Range:  PHP 50,000 - 80,000 per month

Note: Rate/Salary will depend on your current competencies matched to the position’s job description and requirements based on the assessment results.

Tasks:
Create & design wireframes and concepts for digital and print assets in Figma
Design landing pages and new core website pages in Figma
Design social media, blog, and print assets in Figma/Adobe Suite
Design occasional other various design assets in Adobe Suite (tradeshow booth assets, custom printed materials, brand-related items, etc)
Manage and maintain the website and content implementation (blogs, new pages, landing pages, existing pages)
Create icons, banners, logos, and buttons for the website
Design website’s visual appearance - client to provide creative brief/direction
Optimize the website’s structure and navigation
Requirements:
Experience with Hubspot CMS (or other CMS and capable of learning Hubspot CSM)
Advanced experience with Adobe Suite of design tools
Heavy experience in Figma
Understanding of color, typography, composition and basic visual design principles
Ability to work with an existing brand style and iconography set and expand it to new materials
Ability to work EST
Good oral and verbal communication skills
Recent experience working in US office hours
Nice-to-haves:
Experience in light coding and/or customization
Experience designing apps
General understanding or (or capability of learning) Hubspot Marketing Hub (specifically, workflows, emails, and property updates)
