JOB OVERVIEW

We are a thriving group practice offering therapy services and are currently in search of a dynamic Administrative Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional organizational skills, strong communication abilities, and a keen eye for detail.Responsibilities:Manage incoming phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.Coordinate scheduling and appointments, ensuring smooth operations.Execute SEO strategies to enhance our website's visibility and ranking.Create captivating graphics and promotional materials utilizing Canva.Maintain and update our website to ensure accuracy and relevance.Review and process payroll documents, including Stephanie's payment Upgrade to see actual infovelop and manage a Google Sheet to track payroll details such as dates, tasks, and time allocation.Conduct research to compile a comprehensive list of potential mailer destinations and associated costs.Assist in the development and maintenance of a website dedicated to ketamine therapy.Schedule and publish engaging advertising posts across various platforms.Utilize Theranest for payroll management, excluding specific individuals as directed.Verify charges in our EHR system to guarantee precision and correctness.Generate invoices for Bishop's pay, e-checks, and cash transactions using QuickBooks.Provide support in estimating upcoming payroll expenses and related tasks.Perform administrative duties related to QuickBooks as needed.Write blogs using AI, ensuring originality and relevance to our audience.Conduct plagiarism checks on written content to maintain integrity.Research topics and incorporate SEO keywords strategically into written content.Requirements:Proven experience in administrative or office support roles.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.Familiarity with website management tools and SEO practices.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.Ability to work autonomously and prioritize tasks efficiently.Experience with payroll processing and QuickBooks is advantageous.Knowledge of writing blogs using AI, checking for plagiarism, and implementing SEO strategies is preferred.An additional advantage would be experience in managing an ecommerce business, including posting, SEO optimization, and product research.If you are proactive, organized, and passionate about contributing to our team's success, we encourage you to apply.
