Virtual assistant

We are looking to hire another skilled individual with attention to detail for our growing tour company based in San Francisco, CA.

This is a salary based position starting at $44768 ph pesos for roughly 160 hrs per month to start.

You will be working on a rotation basis with our Excutive VA ( during training it willl be Wed- Sun) and after training your days will be Friday, Saturday, Sunday, Monday, Tuesday with 8 hours graveyard shifts (7a.m. to 5 pm PST )


SKILLS:

. Customer service ( Email Management, chat support, , calls)
. day to day operations ( scheduling, quality control, bus maintenance logs, inventory supplies,...)
. guide protocols and compliance
Multitasker and extremely detail oriented a must!
MIn of 3 years operations experience working for a US based company

REQUIREMENTS:

Perfect English

Outgoing professional personality

Dependable, quick learner, and self initiative taker

Tech Savvy ( slack, Asana,...)

Must have reliable internet connection and private laptop/workspace.

Reservation experience a plus

Tourism/hospitality experience a plus
