Job Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Virtual Secretary to join our team. This role requires excellent organizational skills, proficiency in administrative tasks, and the ability to communicate effectively in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong work ethic, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a commitment to contributing positively to our team dynamics.

Key Responsibilities:
Manage and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for staff.
Assist with the preparation of meeting agendas, record meeting minutes, and distribute them accordingly.
Handle inbound and outbound communication, including emails, phone calls, and correspondence.
Provide administrative support to our staff, ensuring all tasks are completed efficiently and to a high standard.
Maintain and organize digital files, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory policies.
Support project management activities by tracking deadlines and milestones and coordinating with relevant teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and data analysis as needed.
Create and post content to the company’s social media pages on Facebook, LinkedIn, and Instagram twice a week on Mondays and Fridays.
Assist with calling prospective clients to discuss our services and the benefits of partnering with Mobile Health Team Inc.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business administration or related field.
At least 2 years of proven experience as a virtual assistant or secretary.
Fluent in English, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficient in MS Office, Acrobat pro, Outlook, and virtual communication tools such as RingCentral, Microsoft teams.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle sensitive information confidentially.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and maintain high productivity.
Experience with social media management and client engagement is highly preferred.
VPN and Strong internet speed.

Compensation and Benefits:
Competitive salary of $300 USD per Month
Performance Bonus and Christmas Bonus
Working hours: 9am to 5pm Central Time USA
