As a Virtual Recruiter, your responsibilities will include sourcing candidates using various online platforms, conducting thorough screenings and interviews, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, developing recruitment strategies, and maintaining an efficient candidate tracking system. We require someone with strong knowledge of online sourcing techniques, experience in screening and interviewing candidates, and familiarity with ATS and resume databases.

We value excellent communication skills, professionalism, integrity, and the ability to work independently. Experience in recruiting is a must, and familiarity with remote work and virtual recruitment processes is preferred.
