We are looking for a talented and motivated Virtual Personal Assistant (PA) and Marketing Manager to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic and client-focused accounting firm and help us to market our firm and engage with our clients. As a full-time staff, you would need to be available from 10 AM to 5 PM Eastern Standard Time.

As a Virtual PA, you will play a vital role in supporting our accounting team and executives, while also helping us engage with our clients. You will enjoy a diverse range of responsibilities, including:

Providing exceptional administrative support, including managing emails, scheduling appointments, and coordinating meetings.
Handling client communication professionally through phone calls, emails, and inquiries on social media platforms.
Managing and curating content for our accounting firm's social media accounts, creating engaging posts, interacting with followers, and monitoring social media analytics.
Assisting in crafting and managing email marketing campaigns, managing subscriber lists, and tracking campaign performance metrics.
Ensuring data security and confidentiality when handling sensitive financial information.
Contributing to various special projects assigned by the accounting team or firm executives.


Qualifications and Skills:
Strong English speaking and communications skills, both written and oral.
Strong organizational abilities and time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
Excellent English verbal and written communication skills for professional client communication and correspondence.
Proficiency in using various communication tools, project management platforms, and social media platforms.
Familiarity with email marketing best practices, creating and managing email campaigns, and tracking campaign performance metrics.
Ability to maintain well-organized financial records and easily retrieve information when needed.
Proactive and adaptable attitude to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Trustworthiness and discretion when handling sensitive financial information.

Step 7: After receiving a job offer, an Engagement Letter will be sent. Engagement Letters are a form of contract in the accounting industry that outlines the terms and conditions of a working relationship.

Step 8: Begin your two-month trial period. This two-month trial period will give the new teammate a chance to see if they enjoy our company culture and work schedule. This also gives our company the opportunity to see how you perform job tasks and get along with teammates.

Step 9: After the two-month trial period, you would be then offered an annual renewable contract at your and our company’s discretion, at a higher initial pay rate.
