As a fully remote company, we're dedicated to transforming expertise into compelling books that drive client acquisition and success. Our team is expanding, and we're looking for a Virtual Operations Manager to take the helm of our recruitment and project management processes.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee the entire recruitment process for remote workers and freelancers, ensuring alignment with the company's strategic direction and operational needs.
- Develop and manage project timelines, delegate tasks effectively, and monitor progress to ensure deadlines are met.
- Act as the primary liaison between the company and remote workers/freelancers, fostering strong relationships and ensuring clear communication.
- Implement and refine recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates, focusing on roles critical to company growth.
- Manage administrative tasks associated with the recruitment process, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding.
- Continuously evaluate and improve remote working policies and practices to enhance productivity and satisfaction.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Proven experience in project coordination or management, preferably in a remote work environment.
- Strong analytical skills, with the ability to assess complex situations and make data-driven decisions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with teaUpgrade to see actual infombers and freelancers from diverse backgrounds.
- Experience with recruitment processes and platforms, and a solid understanding of what drives high-quality remote work.
- Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously, with a keen eye for detail and a commitment to meeting tight deadlines.
- Leadership qualities that inspire collaboration and efficiency among remote teaUpgrade to see actual infombers.
- Familiarity with project management tools and software, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office or similar suites.
