JOB OVERVIEW

The Robin Group is a dynamic real estate team located in Charleston, SC, USA. With multiple businesses, we sell real estate, coach real estate agents, recruit agents, and are developing online products. Our tight-knit, strong administrative team is located in both the Philippines and the USA, and we all love to learn and grow in our profession and as people.

We are hiring one experienced virtual assistant who is looking for a long-term position with our growing company working both independently and in a team. This key role will manage SOP’s for multiple parts of our business through Trello and GSuite, as well as manage projects. They will also handle email and scheduling, which requires strong English skills.

The Robin Group is known for its cutting-edge technology, professionalism and follow-through, so the ideal candidate would be extremely organized, detail-oriented, able to complete tasks quickly and accurately, get excited about AI and new technology, and thrive in an environment of both consistent, repeating projects and rotating special projects.

Knowledge of Trello, Excel & Google Suite required.

Experience with KVCore, Top Producer, BoomTown, Commissions Inc, or other CRM would be great.

A passionate desire to learn and grow is required. No real estate experience or knowledge of AI is necessary. Training will be supplied.

Initially, the position will be part-time, approximately 4 hours a day, 5 days per week.

Qualifications:
3+ years of experience as a virtual assistant for a foreign company with a proven track record of success. This is not an entry-level position.
College degree would be preferred
Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
Proficiency in Trello (or similar) and Google Suite (including docs, sheets, slides, and Gmail) is a must. Specific real estate related training will be provided.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Remuneration:
Initial salary is US $4.00 per hour for the first 30 days, then it will be increased. Advancement opportunities are available within the company.
