Virtual Medical VA/Receptionist

Currently looking for a virtual assistant with medical experience for an outpatient psychiatry practice with onc clinician and one provider.

Task for the position:
1. Answer the phones (Do Not Apply if you are NOT COMFORTABLE talking on the phone)
2. Respond to patient messages
3. Schedule/Re-Schedule appointments
4. Upload and enter insurance information
5. Make sure new patient paperwork is completed and consent forms signed.
