About RT Invests: We are a social media brand focused on teaching others about financial literacy, personal finance, real-estate, investing techniques, and more through our content. We are looking to expand our team with a marketing specialist

Title: Virtual Marketing Assistant
Hours: 10-20 hours per week

Responsibilities:
- Perform market, competitive, and event research to ideate new content topics and plan overall marketing strategy
- Write/edit/create/schedule social media content such as cover photos, infographics, carousel posts, and social media captions
- Plan and coordinate virtual and in-person events
- Manage social media through content calendars and analyze metrics for month-on-month growth
- Create and edit website design and maintenance
- Assist in copywriting, designing, and planning email newsletters
- Manage a small team of 4-6 members by coordinating schedules and assigning duties in accordance with the marketing strategy
- Find, create, and manage new and existing communities
- Additional new projects as assigned by the Founder

Who we are looking for:
