The Position: Join our dynamic team as a Virtual Marketing Assistant and play a crucial role in streamlining our marketing efforts and enhancing our online presence. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a remote environment and are eager to bring creative and organized solutions to a variety of marketing tasks.

Work Hours:
This is a remote position with set working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM EST. (1 hour lunch break)

Key Responsibilities:
• Social Media Management: Create, schedule, and monitor social media posts across various platforms. Engage with our audience and analyze social media performance to improve our strategies.
• Video Editing: Edit and produce videos for podcasts, YouTube, and other social media platforms, ensuring high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand messaging.
Email Marketing: Manage email campaigns from conception to execution, including newsletter distribution and performance analysis.
• Lead Generation: Implement strategies to gather and track leads, improving our outreach and conversion rates.
• Content Creation: Assist in developing content for our blogs, social media, and websites, ensuring consistency and quality in line with our brand identity.
• Website & Blog Management: Update and maintain website content, including SEO optimization, to enhance user engagement and drive traffic.
• Online Course Support: Manage and update online course portals, ensuring seamless access and interaction for users.
• Marketing Funnels: Develop and maintain marketing funnels that effectively guide users from discovery to conversion.
• Appointment Scheduling: Manage online appointment scheduling tools to ensure efficient booking processes.
• Inbox Management: Efficiently organize and respond to emails, ensuring clear communication and timely replies to queries.
• Project Management: Assist with business-specific projects, adapting to unique requirements and deadlines.

Qualifications:
• Proven experience in digital marketing or similar roles.
• Strong understanding of social media platforms, SEO, and email marketing tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Technical proficiency with marketing tools such as WordPress, Constant Contact, Hubspot, Infusionsoft or similar programs.
• Independent worker with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
