JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a dedicated Virtual Office Assistant to be the primary contact for our clients. This role involves managing calls, responding to inquiries from our website and social media, converting these interactions into leads, and following up with clients to schedule appointments. You will provide weekly updates on your achievements, including tasks completed and leads secured, working independently to deliver these results to our team.

Responsibilities:

1. Handle both inbound and outbound calls efficiently.
2. Convert inquiries into actionable leads.
3. Diligently follow up with clients, ensuring appointments are scheduled promptly.
4. Respond to leads from websites and social media platforms quickly and accurately.
5. Gain a foundational understanding of US immigration law to enhance client support and add value to our firm.
6. Maintain high-quality, friendly, and professional communication in all interactions.
7. Manage and coordinate the office schedule and attorney availability to align with client needs.
8. Act as the first point of contact for the office, making a strong, positive first impression.
9. Perform additional administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications:

1. Demonstrated experience in a customer service role.
2. Excellent command of the English language, both verbal and written.
3. High energy and friendly demeanor, with the ability to engage with people from diverse backgrounds.
4. Exceptional attention to detail and effective communication skills.
5. Proficiency in managing office communications (texting and emailing).
6. Capable of working independently with minimal supervision, providing regular updates on activities.
7. Willingness to learn the basics of US immigration law.

Desirable Attributes:

1. Excellent organizational skills, capable of handling multiple tasks simultaneously.
2. A proactive problem-solver, adept at identifying and resolving challenges efficiently.

Work Hours:
This full-time position requires availability from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM US Eastern Time. Candidates must effectively manage time zone differences to align with these hours consistently.
