Our Temporary Wall Systems location (in the US) is a growing business in the construction industry focusing on B2B sales. We are looking for someone who desires to work with us long term and form a strong relationship with our team!
We are looking for a fully remote executive assistant and sales manager to join our team. This role would start between 15-20 hours weekly but could become full-time soon for a motivated person. This role would be to support our team with sales development activities and executive assistant type activities. Initially you would help with our sales pipeline, prospecting for new leads, data entry into our CRM (HubSpot), managing the schedule of events in our local markets, etc. We are looking for someone with a positive attitude who is willing to learn and adapt as we grow our company.
Job Tasks:
Perform market research in our local areas.
Find and summarize new leads for our sales team.
Data entry of new leads into HubSpot.
Assist with generating and responding to
Provide administrative support to our team.
Assist with LinkedIn prospecting.
Desired Qualifications:
Experience as a sales rep
Experience as a virtual assistant
Excellent English skills, written and verbal.
Experience using LinkedIn.
Experience using Microsoft Excel.
Experience using HubSpot.
Basic knowledge of sales and lead generation is a plus.
