Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team as a Virtual Customer Support Representative. This full-time position entails providing live chat and email support for our six brands. The successful candidate will be responsible for addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to customer inquiries via live chat and email
Provide accurate information about our products and services
Assist customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, and processing returns
Resolve customer complaints and escalate issues as needed
Learn and maintain knowledge of our diverse range of products
Collaborate with other teaUpgrade to see actual infombers to ensure seamless customer support operations

Requirements:

Fluent in written English with excellent communication skills
Experience in Shopify, Amazon, ship station highly regarded.
Previous experience in customer service or a related field
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Comfortable dealing with difficult or irate customers
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace conducive to virtual work
