What You’ll Do: As a Virtual Case Coordinator Assistant, your day-to-day tasks will include:
Reporting claims and setting up new case files.
Direct communication with insurance adjusters.
Organizing and managing medical records and bills.
Assisting in the preparation of settlement demands and legal briefs.
Other ad-hoc tasks

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our cases are handled efficiently and that our clients receive the high-quality service they deserve.

What You’ll Need:
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent communication abilities (Written and verbal)
Ability to work independently in a remote setting
Previous experience in administrative roles or legal settings is a HUGE PLUS

Work Hours: Your working hours will be from 8 AM to 5 PM CST, Monday to Friday. This position is fully remote.
